Located less than one block from the center of Times Square, Utsav is a lounge unto itself.  With it's open floor plan, high ceilings, and floor to ceiling glass wall of windows looking out onto 46th & 47th Streets, Utsav will prove to be one of the premier New Years Eve Parties in Times Square.

This venue will be set up with perimeter tables for bottle service, a DJ spinning hip hop, dance, and top 40, along with a 6 hour Premium Open bar.

The room is spacious and will have space for dancing.
